FAQ

-We do allow dogs with prior authorization. 

-Cats are not allowed in our accommodations.

-There is  $50 pet fee per animal (max 2)

-Dogs must be crated if left alone within the accommodations at any time.

-Dogs must be leashed when in communal spaces and pet waste must be picked up.

-We reserve the right to revoke pet authorization at any time, and for any reason.

-Pets are not allowed on any beds or furniture.

-Guest is responsible for any damage, additional cleaning, or disturbance your pet may cause during your stay and you are financially responsible for any such damages

-We offer free parking in our parking lot at the rear of the property.

​

-There are 3 grill available for guests to use on a first come, first served basis.

​

-There is one outdoor fire pit that serves the property - all Guests are welcome to use the fire pit!

​

-Guests have complimentary access to our docks.  There are public boat launches located nearby at Long Point State Park and Prendergast Point.

​

-New York State requires fishing licenses for all fishermen - There is a bait shop located just up the road at Hogan's Hut where this can be purchased

Check In Time is 3 pm

Check Out Time is 10 am

We will not guarantee any early arrivals or late check outs.

You may request one, please contact us in advance and we will accommodate as best as we can

Housekeeping:

We do not provide daily housekeeping.  Accommodations are cleaned prior to guest arrival, and again following checkout

-Our Cottages and Tiny Home are fully furnished vacation rentals. 

-We provide bed linens, blankets, pillows, and bath towels. 

-Beach Towels are not provided.

-The Kitchenettes have the following:

Basic dishes, glassware, cookware, and silverware

Refrigerator/Freezer

Coffee Pot

Toaster Oven

Sink

Cooktop

Dishwasher (#1, 2, 3, & 4 only)

Oven (#6 & 7 only)

We Provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels for each reservation.  Additional paper products are not provided

Payment for your reservation is due in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

​

Cancellations made with less than 30 days prior to arrival will only receive a refund if we are able to rebook those dates.

​

Paypal and Credit Card Transaction fees are Non-Refundable.  Should a guest initiate a cancellation within the appropriate refund window, all monies will be refunded LESS the Paypal/Credit Card Transaction Fees.​​​​​​​​

Complimentary WiFi is available in each residence and throughout most of the property.

​

Each Cottage and Tiny Home has a smart TV where you may login to your desired streaming services.
